I got a two year contract with them, yesterday I had a problem they could not fix.
Now I click on there icon and cannot connect. I think they wiped me.

Is this company a scam? I paid good money for them to protect my computer and now I have a virus that is going to take a visit from the Geek Squad at another $200 to fix. The telephone number I had says it is not in service. Trying to get in touch with anyone from this company is a nightmare. Beware! I am using someone else's computer obviously since I can't use mine.

I have 4 year contract with mtg-pc-help desk. I have no Internet connection so I cannot use the icon to contact. I need a telepone number to contact them.
